● These machines are our new product for multicolored and multicomponent soaps.This machine has two stages,driven separately by independent transmission system,and each stage has double screws in two separate barrels with two separate vacuum chambers.Colored soaps go into different orifice and then through the single soap shape plate to produce multicolored soaps.Our machines are able to product multicolored soaps through solid-solid or solid-liquid methods,and the soap types and patterns can be easily adjusted through a special formation to meet different customer needs.Meanwhile,we developed a special equipment to add solid additives into the soap for multi-component soaps.All the motors ≥5.5KW are of Grade 2 Energy Consuming according to international standard.
XSCT Series Duplex Vacuum Plodder With Double Screws
● This machine has two stages,driven by independent transmission system,and each stage has double screws which has large output capacity.All gears are precisely manufactured.The screws are made of high quality stainless steel or aluminum alloy,which are strong corrosion-resistant and durable for long production.The inner roller body is made of stainless steel seamless pipe,preventing any leakage.All other parts which are in contact with the soap are made of high quality stainless steel.the production capacity can be adjusted according to different production speed needs by the VFD or the electromagnetic speed regulation motor.All the motors ≥5.5KW are of Grade 2 Energy Consuming according to international standard.
XCT Series Duplex Vacuum Plodder、XT Series Duplex Vacuum Plodder
● This machine has two stages,driven by independent transmission system.The first plodder is acting as a simplex refining to make soap pellets the vacuum condition.In the final plodder,the soap is pressed and extruded out in billets through the orifice to feed the downstream cutter or stamper.All gears are precisely manufactured. The screws are made of high quality stainless steel or aluminum alloy,which are strong corrosion-resistant and durable for long production.All other parts which are in contact with the soap are made of high quality stainless steel.The production capacity can be adjusted by the VFD or the electromagnetic speed regulation motor.
XT Simplex Plodder
●XT65 simplex plodder is a specialized equipment used to squeeze and refine the soap to output billets for the stamping machine to cut,form and stamp. The machine structure is simple and elegant,easy to operae and maintain.Any part contact with the soap material is made of high quality stainless steel to prevent the metal pollution to the soap and improve the quality of the soap bar,The barrel of the machine is made of a special seamless stainless steel pipe to ensure the gap between the screw and the cylinder.The machine is with the featuress of easy noodles feeding,strong thrust and no returning material.The screw is removable for cleaning,and the rotation speed can be adjusted.All the motors ≥5.5KW are of Grade 2 Energy Consuming according to international standard.
